KDTU CBN Sharpening Stones Set (Hybrid Bond)

Currently, KDTU manufactures diamond and CBN sharpening stones in the size 150x25x3mm on an aluminum blank of 160x25x3mm. These stones provide maximum comfort for the user. The new stones do not require opening of the working grains and maintain consistent productivity throughout their entire lifespan until the stage of leveling the stone due to wear, where a “saddle” may appear. They can be used on all types of steels, both dry and with lubricating fluids or various types of oils. Oiling is easily removed with oil or wet wipes. After finishing work, the stone can be washed with a sponge under running water with soap.

The stones are made using modern modified resins combined with powders of non-ferrous metals and components for self-renewal of the working surface of the stone.
